Program Details
Behavioral Feeding Therapy supports children who experience challenging behaviors during meals, including tantrums, food refusal, difficulty sitting at the table, or limited food preferences. With clearance from a medical doctor, our program focuses exclusively on behavioral feeding concerns. Using the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we help children build healthier, safer, and more positive mealtime habits.
Our goal is to make mealtime less stressful, more successful, and more enjoyable for the whole family.
Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in nearly 15 years of clinical expertise serving children in Plano.
Signs Your Child May Benefit From Feeding Therapy
Parents often seek support when their child shows:
- Strong preference for only one food or meal
- Refusal to eat foods with certain textures
- Avoidance of new foods or flavors
- Tantrums or behavior challenges at mealtime
- Picky eating that impacts nutrition
- Dependence on only one specific cup or bottle
If any of these sound familiar, your child may benefit from structured feeding support guided by ABA.
