Mandi Redmon Gomez, MS BCBA, LBA

Mandi Redmon is a founding partner at Epic Strides and a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). She began her career working with individuals with special needs in 2005, initially as a paraprofessional working with children with autism. It was during this time that Mandi discovered her calling in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Mandi earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2009 and later pursued a Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA. She became a BCBA in 2015 and an LBA shortly after. Mandi is deeply committed to her work and finds great fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of the children and families she serves. Her areas of interest include adolescent and young adult programming, developing functional life skills curricula, and supporting children with speech deficits through alternative and augmentative communication devices.
