Angelica Gleason, BS, BA, BCaBA, LaBA

Angelica is passionate about helping children grow and achieve meaningful, lasting change. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her love for working with children began early through years of babysitting, which inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a real difference. In 2021, Angelica joined the Epic Strides family, where she completed her supervision under the guidance of experienced and supportive BCBAs. She became a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in October 2024 and has since continued her mission of supporting children through individualized, compassionate care. Angelica has a special passion for naturalistic teaching strategies, where learning is embedded in play and everyday interactions. She finds joy in helping children build essential skills in ways that are fun, engaging, and tailored to their unique needs. She also enjoys mentoring and training new RBTs, helping them develop confidence and a strong foundation in the field. She takes pride in sharing her knowledge, supporting their growth, and helping them discover the same sense of purpose that drives her work every day. Whether she’s working directly with a child, applying treatment goals, or supporting her team, Angelica is committed to promoting growth, joy, and positive outcomes in every aspect of her work.
